The market is rife with fake tickets, leading to financial losses and ruined experiences

The app came to us at a stage where the designs - app screens and user experience documents - already existed. With our work partially laid out for us, the team set the agile development cycle in motion.
Our approach to Offer Approved's information architecture focused on clarity and user-centric design. By organizing data and functionalities meticulously, we ensured intuitive navigation and seamless user experiences, supporting both current needs and future expansions.
Offer Approved was the result of 12 months of extensive agile development. The project aimed to create a marketplace for sports ticket holders to connect with buyers, providing complete information and maintaining transparency regarding seats, quality, and views
On the admin side, project’s theory was equally straightforward - build a web version to enable easy management of app’s multiple facets: users, events display, ticket selling, app’s performance and traction, and more.
When building the application we realized that no third-party service offered realistic stadium seating charts, only rough visualizations. Our first task was to create custom venue maps for each listed venue. While developing these maps, we also addressed unplanned use cases, such as handling partial ticket purchases, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Our team, adept at incorporating technological solutions into business use cases, used a top-tier technology stack to create a secure, high-concurrency, transparent marketplace.
